The village pub The Bulls Head is within walking distance offering traditional pub food, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Just a short drive to the market town of Bakewell and the spa town of Buxton, were there are numerous independent shops, cafes, and pubs to enjoy.
It is an excellent base to discover the wonders of the Peaks and its natural beauty with many amazing walks and stunning views, including Lathkill Dale and The Limestone Way. It is excellent for cyclists to explore the different bike trails in the Peaks including the Monsal, Tissington and High Peak trails. Chatsworth House, farm shop, and gardens are also within easy reach along with plenty of other places to visit.
